Cancellation policy

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel. You can do this by emailing returns@itsmecloset.com with your order number and the subject line “Cancel Order”. Once we receive your cancellation request, we’ll confirm it by email. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to return the items to us before the refund is issued.
