Serious Stuff:
We are not responsible for any incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please take your time, double check and maybe ask the dog to be sure you've added the correct shipping address when ordering.
If the delivery address is to a workplace or business, it is your responsibility to ensure it makes it way to you safely. itsmecloset does not take responsibility for delivered packages not being located at business addresses.
Missing/Lost Parcels:
Please allow up to 14 working days after the dispatch date for your parcel to be delivered. Sometimes they can take a little longer to update the tracking, so there may be no movement for a few days. If you suspect your parcel is lost, please email info@itsmecloset.com for support. Lost parcel replacements/refunds will only be processed after the 14 day window has passed.
EU Customers - Customs & Taxes
We offer a delivery duty paid option for EU customers which includes customs clearance and VAT paid for you to avoid any fee nasties when your parcel lands in the destination country. The costs of this are calculated at checkout and are based on your location. This is only applicable on orders under €150.
Orders which exceed the €150 threshold may be subject to VAT/Duties charges when the parcel arrives. These costs are the responsibility of the customer to pay (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
If you order items for delivery outside the United Kingdom, they may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.
Shipping to Australia
We now ship to Australia. Please note that delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks, and in some cases up to 6 weeks due to international transit times and Australian customs processing.
All orders are shipped with full customs documentation. Thrifted items are declared as Used Clothing under HS code 6309.00.
Import Fees: Orders under AUD $1,000 do not incur GST or import duty. Orders above this threshold may be subject to additional fees charged by Australian customs.
Returns: International returns from Australia are customer‑paid. Original shipping costs are non‑refundable. Due to the nature of thrifted items, we reserve the right to refuse returns on used/vintage clothing unless the item is faulty.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Returned to Sender (RTS) – Missed Delivery / Uncollected Parcels:
If a parcel is returned to us because the courier was unable to deliver it (for example, the recipient was not at home, delivery was refused, or the parcel was not collected from the local pickup point), the original shipping cost is non‑refundable. This is because the courier has already attempted delivery and the postage has been used.
Once the parcel arrives back with us, you will be contacted with two options:

Reship the order – A new shipping fee will be required before the parcel can be sent out again.

Refund the item(s) – You may choose to receive a refund for the product(s) only. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Please note that return‑to‑sender shipping charges (if applied by the courier) may also be deducted from the refund amount.
