Refund policy

I hope you’re absolutely obsessed with your purchase but in the sad event you’d like to make a return, here’s everything you need to know.

Return Window

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • in the same condition you received it

  • unworn / unused

  • with all original tags and packaging

  • not washed, altered or marked in any way

Items that don’t meet these conditions, or items purchased on sale, can’t be returned.

Note: Tights are non-refundable if their packaging has been opened due to the nature of the garment. 

How to Start a Return

You can request a return right from your account on our website. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Please review the returns policy before requesting.

Please don’t send anything back without approval first — we love surprises, but not in the returns department.

Email returns@itsmecloset.com with your order number and we’ll sort you out.

You are responsible for the cost and delivery of returning your items, so please use a tracked delivery service. Refunds/exchanges will not be processed until the item has been returned successfully. Any issues with return postage are to be handled by the customer & the postage vendor. Please share the tracking number once shipped so we can also keep an eye on the return. 

Items sent back without contacting returns@itsmecloset.com first will not be accepted.

Processing Time

All returns are sent to a PO box. Please allow up to 14 business days for it to be collected and processed. This brand is lovingly run by a team of one, so I genuinely appreciate your patience and kindness during the returns process. Every order and every customer means a lot.

Refunds

Refunds are issued as store credit or a refund to your original payment method, depending on what works best for you. Please declare this on your returns slip.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

You will receive an email you once your return has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us straight away, ideally with photos, and we'll fix it as quickly as we can.
